With more than 25 years of B2B experience across multiple industries, I’ve seen it all—the highs of rapid expansion and the struggles of stalled growth. I’ve led teams, built brands, closed deals, and helped businesses scale. And along the way, I’ve learned a crucial lesson.

Too many companies, big and small, fail to grow to their potential because they don’t fully understand their customers, market, or internal dynamics. Start-ups may have a brilliant idea but lack the go-to-market strategy to reach the right audience. Large enterprises focus on cost-cutting in M&A but neglect the brand, customer experience, and cultural integration - losing great people and customers in the process.

And despite having the same end goal, sales and marketing teams often operate in silos, creating inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and frustration.
